- Diet soft drinks contains aspertame which has been linked to depression,insomnia,and neurological diseases.
- soft drinks are extremely acidic, the normal phone for human body is 7.0 and soft drinks of 2.5.
- Taking soft drinks will not help you fight flu or cold, it would only deterriorate the health.
- Alcohols reduce blood pressure when taken in small quantity but increase the blood pressure when taken too much.
- Not all bitter drinks are actually bitter and are good for the health some contain high content of sugar.
