Did you know that??? - That the body is comprised of 80% of water. - That water removes toxins from the body. - water is an essential part of life. - Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorbtion and chemical reactions. - Water regulated the body cooling system. - That failure to drink enough water leads to chronic dehydration. - Soft drinks absorbs water from the body therefore to replace the stolen water in the body, it is advised to drink 10-12 glasses of water for every glass of drink. - That soft drinks remove rusts from cars therefore I am sure we can imagine what happens to our digestive system . - Diet soft drinks contains aspertame which has been linked to depression,insomnia,and neurological diseases. - soft drinks are extremely acidic, the normal phone for human body is 7.0 and soft drinks of 2.5. - Taking soft drinks will not help you fight flu or cold, it would only deterriorate the health. - Alcohols reduce blood pressure when taken in small quantity but increase the blood pressure when taken too much. - Not all bitter drinks are actually bitter and are good for the health some contain high content of sugar.
